The Gold Wing Tour just got Better

The Gold Wing is a Honda flagship motorcycle for a reason, offering supreme levels of performance and luxury through the city, or out on the open road. Adding on extra carrying capacity for touring purposes, the rear top box now expands to a full 61L. A more relaxed angle for the pillion back support – and luxurious new material for both front and rear seats – ensure a cocoon of riding comfort. The audio system and speakers are newly upgraded and generate vivid sound quality. Dual LED fog lights guarantee piercing visibility.


The Gold Wing is a motorcycle built to handle curves. Its die-cast, aluminium twin-beam frame leads with double wishbone front suspension, while electronic damping control provides precise suspension reaction. The 1,833cc, flat six-cylinder engine delivers a stronger 170Nm torque at just 4,500rpm. It’s what a throttle hand is made for and, along with Honda Selectable Torque Control, is one of the world’s most impressive, usable and enjoyable motorcycle powerplants. Technology for an intuitive ride

The GL1800 sports many premium tech upgrades: four different rider modes, Combined Brake System (CBS), Hill Start Assist (HSA) for those tricky up-slopes, Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) and cruise control for the most comfortable ride.

A Feast for the Eyes

The attractive seven-inch full-colour TFT display provides the full gamut of information and infotainment including speed, engine, audio and navigation system data, as well as managing and scrutinising the various electronic rider aids.

Need for Speed

The five-speed manual transmission of the previous GL1800 Gold Wing has been replaced with two transmission options: A six-speed manual or a seven-speed Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT), with a Walking Mode feature for the DCT version.
